I was lucky to find Cars4You over 10 years ago. They have been consistantly brilliant. My 2 kids are now driving and C4Y now service our 4 cars. Alex and Luke on reception are friendly, efficient & very reliable with communication. I've seen them go 'above & beyond' many times. Once they sourced an out-of-stock part from a dealer in France with the cost + shipping less than the UK Hyundai price. The technical quality of the workshop team is 1st-rate. I have used cars 4 you direct several times now for my car following 40 years of company cars and main dealers. Cars 4 you direct provide a fabulous efficient and friendly service all round. They are helpful and knowledgeable, will certainly use again.

Had a flat a mile away due to a pothole. Googled nearest garage and it was Cars4You Direct and the lady on the phone quickly checked if they had the correct tyre in stock for my vehicle and they did. Managed to get there within 10 minutes and they took my vehicle in straight away and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Excellent service on the front, excellent technician who could tell it went through a pothole and gave information about that. Thoroughly recommend. 5*

After having a hell of a morning trying to get my kids to school, I walked back to my car and heard the hissing of a nail in the shoulder in my tire. I roll up to cars 4 you and within 20 minutes I’ve had a new tire fitted everyone was friendly Very good price and I still managed to go out and play golf for the day which I’ve been waiting for weeks to do cannot praise these people enough thank you so much 👌🏻

For many years, I've typically used another garage, but I phoned Cars4You last week, on the off-chance, for a quote for rear wheel bearings, and also some discs and pads. This was because I'd driven it for some time while the brakes sounded like they were constantly engaged, and so wasn't sure if it was just the bearings, or they'd been damaged. I feared the mechanic would just replace it all, because I'd suggested it. Far from it. They did the work that was necessary, and the work came well under the quote. All staff were very friendly, and especially the front desk staff, who were very knowledgeable, providing comprehensive information and advice about things to look out for going forward. I'm really glad to have found a garage that I know I can trust.

I took my car here for a full service and MOT. A complimentary courtesy car was provided and I was kept informed on when my car was ready for collection. I've found them to be a good honest garage which I will now use again in the future.

Locally, look no further. Always helpful, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and expert. What more could you want ?

I recently took my car to Cars4You Direct in Caterham for an MOT and they were absolutely amazing, great customer service, happy, cheerful and willing to go that extra mile to help you. After a really bad experience from Auto Fix in Coulsdon, where they tried to fleece me out of £2000 for a job that eventually got fixed for £450 from another garage, made me take my car anywhere but there, plus they are very grumpy (it costs nothing just to be nice and friendly) I will never go there again, and have told family and friends to avoid them too. Anyway, my good friend Julie Mansfield recommended cars4You and it's the best move I've ever made. I would give them 10 stars if I could because they're amazing, thank you for restoring my faith in garage's who believe in fair pricing and friendly.

If I could give this garage more than five stars I would. They have looked after all three of our family's cars and are just excellent. The recent MOT on my old banger was really good they fixed any problems and got it on the road for another year. They sorted out an issue with the WAV car and their charges are fair. It is the first garage I have felt to give a tip to, and I have used a few in my time.

Always warm and friendly service, they charge fair prices, explain all costs involved, and I'm never left with the uneasy feeling like they pushed the expensive option just to make a profit. I've been a repeat customer for many years and can safely tick them off as a trusted mechanic!
