Great customer service, really reliable and often have a courtesy car available too. We take both our Yaris and Landover here. Occasionally if they think the Landrover repair is beyond their know-how they dont just go and try it anyway, they recommend a specialist Landrover garage and you’ve gotta respect that.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now!

Can’t believe I’ve only just remembered to do this! So I broke down on the school run last year in the snow with a 5 year old and a 3 month old. I was parked in the car park behind the raglan centre and walked to the Cars4you centre. They picked up my car and mended it v quickly with no extra charge AAAND lent me a courtesy car so I could take my son swimming still about 2 hours from breaking down. Oh and they calmed my nerves with tea. Wonderful service. Take my car there for servicing and last year Xena (my car) was v poorly. The communication was amazing, they updated me every step of the way and offered me options to keep the costs as low as possible. Seriously I don’t know how they do it. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now!

Polite and efficient

I decided to have my car MOT done here and was slightly concerned after being ripped off at many other garages, especially being a woman on my own. I cannot rate cars4you highly enough. They were polite and honest and carried out the MOT test efficiently and on time whilst I waited. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Cars 4 you direct always go above and beyond the call of duty.
If its a cheap and easy fix, they tell you its a cheap and easy fix, they always try to fit you in in an emergency, they are hellful reliable and trustworthy.
I have only ever had positive experiences and cannot recommend highly enough.

When my elderly step father had a flat tyre they went above and beyond , coming to the house nearby to inflate the tyre enough to drive it to the garage, fix the tyre and return the car to his home within an hour. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly.

What I really like about Cars4You is that I feel they are always honest with me and do not pressure you into signing up for services that aren’t really needed. Took my car in for an MOT this week and they also offered me a courtesy car last minute, when the parts required had to be ordered. Jill on reception was so helpful and ran back when she said she would, rather than having to chase her. Really impressive service.

Brilliant, caring customer service. When I forgot to bring my car in a while back, they phoned to ask if I was ok and to make sure nothing had happened to me. They are honest, trustworthy, polite and I've recommended them to several friends and acquaintances. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I recently lost the plastic wheel arch to my car and they manage somehow to resurrect the mangled plastic, repair it and reattach it, only charging for the 45 mins it took to do and for a fraction of the price I was expecting.

Ive serviced my car (5 series) here for the last 5 years and have found Jill and Luke in the office to be professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Work is carried out promptly, and while they may not be the cheapest option, I would hesitate going anywhere else to save 5%. If you have a complex issue I would suggest you look to a specialist for your vehicle, but I have no hesitation in recommending them for all MOT, servicing and basic maintenance and repairs.
